Othrys signs a 4,400 m² warehouse in BUC (78)

Othrys Actilog has acquired a 4,400 sqm warehouse property on a 7,000 sqm plot, located in the heart of the Buc’s industrial zone, from ARC EIFFEL INVESTISSEMENT.

Currently unoccupied after being leased for many years to a parcel distribution company, this second-hand building requires significant refurbishment work before it can be re-let.

This acquisition aligns with Othrys’ strategy as an independent investment firm specializing in operational real estate, with a focus on industrial and logistics warehouses in France and Spain.

In this transaction, Advenis Conseil & Transaction IDF Ouest represented the seller, while Evolis advised the buyer.
