Othrys Investment Management continues the investments of its FPCI, a valueadd fund dedicated to urban logistics and business parks, with the acquisition of a 4,300m² industrial building in the Pariwest business park, between the towns of Maurepas and Coignières (78).
The acquisition was finalized for 3.4 million euros.
Currently unoccupied, the building was selected for its potential to create value through complete renovation and conversion into several business premises.
This project will meet strong demand in the established business park of Pariwest, a powerful industrial and commercial hub in western Paris, benefiting from its proximity to the N10, between the A12 and A10 highways.
